Cream Puffs
OK, Mom, I know these are super old but I wanted you to see that I can follow through every now and again! Maybe, someday, I will post my China photos......bwahahahahahah!!!At any rate, these turned out really well. I made a whipped cream filling for them and then a little chocolate drizzle for the top.
FYI, I have a new favorite heavy whipping cream. It is from Horizons Organic and it is so thick I was actually able to beat the cream by hand. Pretty impressive in my book!
