Beets and Sweets

I basically did as written, but I really cut the recipe down and used
real garlic.A -As requested, a picture of golden beets. I did not peel them because they were so tiny and the skin was so thin.
This is a photo of the completed dish. It really turned out
well. I also made Roasted Garlic Cauliflower. I loved it and will, without question, make again.
